菊花资源化学及药理活性研究进展谢倩茹 南京中医药大学摘要:菊花是一种重要的药食两用植物,在食品、茶饮、医药产品中有广泛的应用。

菊花主要含有黄酮、挥发油、有机酸、多糖以及无机元素等多种资源性化学成分,具有抗菌、抗病毒、抗炎、抗氧化、抗肿瘤、抗衰老、降血压、心血管保护、保肝等多种药理活性。

为了进一步开发和合理利用该药用植物资源,综述了近年来国内外对菊花资源化学成分和药理活性的研究进展,以期为菊资源产业链的发展提供依据与参考。

关键词:菊花; 资源化学; 药理活性; 开发利用Research progress on resource chemistry and pharmacological activities of Chrysanthemi FlosAbstract: As an important medicinal and edible plant, Chrysanthemi Flos has complex chemical composition with extensive uses, and it has been widely used in food, tea, and pharmaceutical products. Phytochemical studies revealed that it contained flavonoids, volatile oils, organic acids, polysaccharides, trace elements and other physiologically active substances. Furthermore, it showed many pharmaceutical effects, such as antibiosis, antivirus, anti-inflammation, antioxidant, anti-tumor, anti-aging, antihypertensive effects, cardiovascular protective, hepatoprotective effects, and so on. To further develop and rationally use this plant resource, this article summarizes the chemical constituents and pharmacological activities of Chrysanthemi Flos in recent years. These data would provide the evidences and references for developing industry chains of medicinal plants resources in Chrysanthemi Flos.Key words: Chrysanthemum morifolium Ramat., resource chemistry, pharmacological activity, development and utilization菊花为菊科植物菊(Chrysanthemum morifolium Ramat.)的干燥头状花序,是我国传统的大宗中药材。

菊花含有丰富的黄酮类、酚酸类、多糖类、挥发油类、三萜类、核苷类和氨基酸类等多种资源性化学成分,具有疏风清热、平肝明目、解毒消肿的功效。

菊花始载于《神农本草经》:久服,利血气,轻身,耐老延年,并将其列为上品。

此后,历代本草均有记载。

受地理环境、加工方法等多种因素的影响,菊花商品逐渐形成了亳菊、滁菊、贡菊、怀菊、杭菊、福白菊、祁菊、济菊和川菊等九大菊花主流品种,其中亳菊、滁菊、贡菊、怀菊和杭菊等5种菊花被收录于2015版《中国药典》。

此外,随着我国菊资源产业链的拓展延伸,其采收过程中产生大量的茎、叶等非药用部位。
