甘草饮片、炙甘草饮片分级及其质量评价标准研究进展(穆佳星 南京中医药大学)摘 要 甘草作为中医临床常用的大宗药材,有十方九草之称,其在中医临床应用广泛。
其主要成分甘草苷、甘草酸等成分具有较强的生物活性。
本文从对甘草的化学成分、药理作用、质量评价方法等方面进行分析和综述,以此为参考制定合理有效的甘草、炙甘草饮片分级及其质量评价标准为其临床用药的安全性与有效性提供依据。

其性甘味平,归心、肺、脾、胃经。
具有补脾益气,淸热解毒,祛痰止咳,缓急止痛,调和诸药之效。
用于脾胃虚弱,倦怠乏力,心悸气短,咳嗽痰多,脘腹、四肢挛急疼痛,痈肿疮毒,缓解药物毒性、烈性[1]。
甘草是非常重要的医药原料之一,国际、国内市场需求量都很大。
甘草的市场前景十分广阔,我国是世界上甘草的生产量和出口量最大的国家,出口几十个国家和地区。
