牡丹皮及其炮制品的研究现状

摘 要 牡丹皮为毛茛科植物牡丹Paeonia suffruticosa Andr.的干燥根皮,有清热凉血、活血化瘀之效。主要含有丹皮酚、萜苷、黄酮、多糖等多种成分,常用于糖尿病、动脉粥样硬化、皮肤炎症、癌症等疾病的治疗。随着中药药理研究的不断深入,牡丹皮因其良好的降血糖、改善心血管系统、抗炎、抗癌等药理作用,且副作用较少而得到广泛关注。然而牡丹皮经加热炮制后,化学成分及药效都有所改变,对此研究较少。本文将综述近几年有关牡丹皮及其炮制品化学成分等方面的研究,为进一步完善牡丹皮及其炮制品的质量控制体系提供科学依据。

RESEARCH STATUS OF RAW AND PROCESSED MOUTAN CORTEX

Abstract Moutan Cortex is the dried root cortex of Paeonia suffruticosa Andrews from Ranunculaceae. It has been shown to clear away heat, cool blood and activate blood circulation due to paeonol, terpene glycosides, flavonoids, polysaccharides and other bioactive components. Thus many prescriptions use the herb, for example, the treatment for diabetes, atherosclerosis, skin inflammation and cancer. As the pharmacological study in Chinese medicine has been developed rapidly, Moutan Cortex has attracted increasing attention for its great activities such as hypoglycemic, improving cardiovascular syste, anti-inflammatory, anti-cancer together with fewer side effects. Nevertheless, chemical ingredients and function will be diverse after processing, which is lack of research. We will review the development of chemical study of raw and processed Moutan Cortex recently, in order to improve the quality control system of the medicine.

牡丹皮为毛茛科植物牡丹Paeonia suffruticosa Andr.的干燥根皮, 是四大皖药之一。其性微寒,味苦、辛,具清热凉血、活血化瘀之功效,可用于温毒发斑、吐血衄血、夜热早凉、无汗骨蒸、经闭痛经、跌扑伤痛、痈肿疮毒[1]。牡丹皮的炮制方法最早源于《金匮要略方论》,现有生品、炒丹皮、丹皮炭等炮制品种[2]。虽然长期临床实践及药理研究表明,丹皮炒炭后具有显著的收敛止血作用[3, 4],但目前炒丹皮及丹皮炭的质量评价及炮制工艺尚未建立统一标准。以下将从牡丹皮炒制前后的化学成分变化、含量测定、药理作用研究等方面展开。
